April has arrived . . . time to flip another page on the calendar.
The deer are back! There were three yesterday; they wasted no time getting back into the routine of nibbling the foliage and snoozing in my backyard. They are shedding their dark winter coats and looking rather patchy just now.
After the deer moved on, the cottontails crept out from under the bramble and took up the nibbling where the deer left off. Followed by flocks of red-breasted robins prompted by the misty rain and the promise of worms.
Cloudy skies and April showers continue, but sunshine presents itself in many ways! I love these peach-faced daffodils. Sunshine in a vase.
I've been doing a bit more spring cleaning in the workshop. Mostly finding things!
It's a new month and it's a new day . . . and this mini-quilt is a new addition to my Etsy shop! I'm pretty sure there will be more to come.
Thanks for stopping by!
