Welcome to my little corner of the crafty blogasphere. My name is Vicki and I blog about home*craft and everyday adventures from the heart of the valley in the Pacific Northwest.
I live in Northern Indiana and we just started seeing wild turkeys here about 10 years ago. If you get a close look at them, their feathers are really pretty. It's kinda fun to see a flock...or one...along the road while driving through the country.

Gobble! Gobble! they must not know that Thanksgiving is right around the corner. We usually see them here too, but I haven't seen them yet.

I’ve never seen a photo of wild turkey before. Good to see the origins of our Christmas lunch.
