The years have really slipped by haven't they. I can't believe it really. Even though my own daughter is grown it still seems shocking that the kids I've watched as toddlers on blogs are grown! I don't even know where the time goes. So many people I feel like I 'know' even though I just have followed along with their lives online. Happy days!

It's always a happy day when I find you've updated your blog! My granddaughter turns twelve this year too. Time does indeed march on. Can't wait to see the new projects!

It's so good to see you back. I am happy to read that you had such a good (and busy) Summer.
A couple of weeks ago I met a woman at JoAnne Fabrics. We were in the embroidery isle. I was getting thread, and she was looking at transfers. It looked like she was getting a little flustered. She couldn't find what she was looking for, which was iron on transfers for a quilt. Well Vicki, boy did that start the conversation! I told her all about Turkey Feathers and Pattern Bee. I told her how lovely your State Flour Quilt is, and sooooo much more. I hope she visits you and becomes another one of your many admirers.
As it is September, I will take this time to wish you an early Happy Birthday. I hope it will be a lovely one.

Oh how they have! It IS hard to believe. This online community is like a family in a lot of ways, I think. We have all grown older together and have been able to share so much through this amazing technology. My two youngest daughters have grown up now and moved on to other things, but that creative time we spent making and doing and sharing here amongst friends is priceless.

Thanks Jane! It's wonderful to hear from you and to know that all is well in your neck of the woods!

Hi Velma! Yes, I am easing back in slowly. I just don't seem to have the time lately to keep the blog updated regularly. Hopefully, it is just a passing phase, and once refreshed, I will get back on the ball again.

Thank you for remembering my birthday! And also for sharing my website and blog with a fellow stitcher. This humble hobby biz of mine has been growing by word of mouth since the beginning--the very BEST way! I am truly grateful for that. Thanks for sticking around sweetie!
