Your relish and pickles look great. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine. I don't buy either from the grocery store. I like my home made much better. Happy pickleing!

The other day I was thinking about making ketchup. It's interesting how we don't even consider making certain things because we're so used to buying them.

I also make sweet pickle relish. Although labor intensive because I cut the cukes, onions and bell peppers by hand, the taste cannot be compared to the store bought relish. I use mine in deviled eggs, tuna salad, ham salad and shell noodle salad.
