I love frosted Christmas cookies!
We're literally buried in snow. We were right in the middle of that storm.

You have been having way too much fun!
Love the blog banner.
Happy Christmas!

Oh thanks for the music link...I'm going to check it out.

Your Christmas cookies are wonderful!

Your snowy scene pic is GORGEOUS! I'm so jealous! (LOVE LOVE LOVE snow, alas we haven't much here in these parts anymore!)

i had just that idea and baked a big chocolate cake last night for today :D the cookies look really tasty :D

YaY Sugar cookies! Your cookies look so fun and festive! We do sugar cookies like that here as well-got the dough in the fridge right now waiting to be rolled out. We live in the part of the pacific northwest that got hit hard! Sooo much snow more snow then I have ever seen in this part! We get snow every year -just not like this! Merry Christmas!

How appropriate to make frosted cookies when it's totally frosted outside.

We have snow too and more has arrived today! I think we are suppose to have more on Christmas day to. It's beautiful! Wishing you a Happy Holiday!

Be safe.

Everything looks so very pretty.

LOVE those cookies! They remind me of ones my grandmother used to bring at Christmas...sooooo good!...Alas, no snow here, just rain :( Merry Christmas to you and yours...

Your cookies look good. I was too lazy to decorate mine this year and daughter #4 wasn't really happy...as for the midlife thingy. I totally know what you mean. I'm forever putting on a sweater then taking it off and opening windows only to have someone close it on me...sigh. I can't wait until this will all pass.
I love the top picture and how the trees look.

Hi! The dear UPS man just delivered your BEAUTIFUL book to me today! I was in the middle of making sugar cakes so I carefully put the box to the side, finished up the dough and as it was rising, I tore open the box and sat down with your lovely work of art. Congratulations! I can't wait to get started!

Your cookies look good.Mmmm
Merry Christmas.

Thank you for turning me onto Pandora and the Folk Holidays channel!

Just to say that I did check out the link and I very happily listened. I was asked to join after an hour or two, but that was no problem. What a lot of listening pleasure without having to change cds or listen to commercials.

The snow looks magical Vicki! Cookies look good too! I've been baking my heart out. I made a toffee recipe that has saltine crackers in it, but I didn't realize our saltines were jalapeno flavored until it was too late. Someone told me to save them for Cinco de Mayo. Merry Christmas to you!

Merry Christmas! Your cookies look great!

I always enjoy visiting/reading/ogling pictures here at turkey feathers. Happy holidays to you and your family!

Those cookies are just as Christmas cookies should be, and I think they are perfectly charming. They remind me of many fond memories spent with my cousins, decorating cookies at my Aunt Ramona's kitchen table.

Merry Crhistmas to you and your lovely family Vicki!

I just discovered Pandora too!! What a great invention. I'm putting folk holidays on my play list now too. thanks V.!!

Too pretty to eat. Well almost. The view outside is breathtaking!
