Yes I think we all struggle to blog from time to time I know I'm finding it quite tough at the moment, I need to follow your Grandmother's motto.

Glad you're back--I enjoy your blog and totally understand the moderation thing--time flies when I blog surf!
Have a lovely day! :)

Sarah

Gorgeous countryside! Know just what you mean about blogging...

Oh to walk along the trail with you to overlook a valley. What a peaceful walk.

You can walk along with me and I can show you an "alley"! And maybe there will be a message for you or not. (Tagging isn't bad in my little suburb of L.A. but sometimes one sneaks it's way into an alley or two)

My blog is my hobby. A sort of creative outlet. I'm trying to blog in moderation. For awhile, this summer, I believe it was slipping into the realm of work and not fun. I've decided to "relax" with my blogging and take a slower pace.

I love the photos. This is a wonderful post!

Thanks for adding "Persnickety" to your blog roll. Here's my motto: Moderation--and lots of it!

Lucky lady... I wish it was starting to feel like fall here in Phoenix, love all the pics - simple and very serene...many thanks!!

We had a few days this last week that felt like autumn was arriving - but summer rallied and came back for an encore yesterday.

I wish I'd noticed that retired blog on your roll before - I clicked on the link, and lost several minutes as I scrolled through their posts, laughing all the way. Which thoroughly demonstrates how I can get lost in this blogging medium. Moderation - yes, I hope to find some of that balance myself.

It's so good to see you back from your break.

Claire

I am new to blogging and it's blogs like yours that got me started. I could spend hours looking through the stuff you have posted, so it's keeping me occupied quite nicely even if you don't post for a while. Love the website too.

Claire :-)

I am catching up as well, it feels like everyone too a good summer break. I usually hate the ending of summer, but with 6 days of 100 degree heat (and counting)I am SO ready for autumn.
