Mmm - there is something about that picture of your sewing room that reminds me of my grandma's, growing up as a child. It reminds me of the smell of fabric and hot machines, that hum, and warm light of an extra lamp on a grey day... Just lovely.

I got Grace's little cake slices by the way and was WoWed beyond belief! Thank you. Thank you. They will be cherished for sure.

Thanks for the great tutorial info! It is very good. I don't quilt a lot (note to self: do more quilting...), but when I do I can see my binding technique needs work. So loving your mini quilts. With each post I'm even more amazed what you create! And the little cakes--real & dollhouse variety last post were scrumptious! Happy Days! :o)
