This looks so lovely - I think I will have a go at a tissue holder myself! X

It all looks so nice! I especially like how you did a blanket stitch around the pincushion - I'll have to remember that.

Dawn

This is so nice. Your work is always just amazing to me. Your swapping friend is blessed to be receiving this lovely bag.

I love your bags and this one is so beautiful...what a lucky friend. The tissue holder is so nice, I'm making one for myself and maybe a few more for my friends too.

Really pretty! Your embroidery is the perfect touch. I've got the notion to do a few tissue holders too. They are popping up again all over the place!

Fran

Angela

Your bags are simply stunning. I cannot believe the work that must have taken!

Pretty bag, and I love the button, too! I saw a tissue holder in a shop a few months ago and went home and designed my own pattern. It's a bit different than yours and the tutorial you linked to. It has a tab and button closure so there are a few more pattern pieces. And I sometimes interface the fabric if it isn't heavy enough on it's own. Mostly they're a way to use up scraps and showcase a pretty button that I only have one of.

Hi! I found your site via Clarice @ Storybookwoods and I just love it! I am so excited because these adorable tissue holders are easy enough for me to make! lol. I am going to make bunches of them for all of my friends (as gifts) today. I am bursting at the seams to get started on them. Thanks so much!
