Beautiful! We might have to try it...

What a beautiful thing. The beads make it even more beautiful. Your home school sounds like a very nice place to start one's education.

I love it! it reminds me of when I saw in a Japanese craft book. I have been thinking about making that one for my son's room. Yours is even better witht the Fall leaves...once a again true inspiration!!

The mobile is fantastic. Well done. I love a good baklava but I've never made it myself. Wonderful combination of nuts/honey and pastry. Sounds like a perfect weekend.

So glad you're all feeling better. The falling leaf mobile is really charming. I love baklava! I applaud your self-control; I'm not sure I could trust myself to have a whole pan of it in the house! One more reason I haven't attempted to make it: I'm intimidated by all the layers of filo dough. I can be a little ham-fisted with pastry. Once again I'm impressed by your many talents!

Christy

What a beautiful mobile. Great idea to have different colors on both sides of leaves. I love it!

Jane

Absolutely beautiful - especially with the lovely leaves outside.

it's lovely! you always inspire...
the baklava sounds delicious. you also sound like you have more self-control than i -- i made sweet potato cupcakes for a bake sale...and then two sweet potato cakes for us! :-)

Toni

So nice...I love mobiles.

Great mobile!! Beautiful colors and I love the contrasting stitching and sparkly baubles :) Great tip about the bamboo purse handle too!
