Just for fun!
These look simple, and they are, but also quite time intensive with lots of hand stitching. I did enjoy making them though and love how they turned out. The pom-poms are ball-fringe cut from a vintage chenille bedspread; soles are coarse-weave cloth, padded with fleece and lined with red-plaid flannel. Pattern from Handmade ZAKKA by le duvet doux (a Japanese import = no English directions).
that seals it. I am so buying this book. those are just too adorable. why is it that the smaller things are the more work they are? well, sometimes anyway!!

I agree with you completely, I love the end result when making these shoes, but they are deceptively time consuming.
Worth it though- yours are gorgeous. I love your choice of fabrics and the pom-pom touch is brilliant
